The Indian CS2 competition is too abstract! The competition has a power outage, and the training conditions are "battle-scarred".
Although the offline CS2 competition SKYESPORTS CHAMPIONSHIP was held in India, the first day of the competition suffered power problems, causing continuous interruptions. The event officials were forced to announce that all matches would be moved to Wednesday.
In addition to the poor performance of the competition, many professional players also questioned the local training conditions in India. XANTARES, star player of Eternal Fire, complained on social media: "I have never seen such a bad event. The computer is terrible, there are nails on the table, first the power goes out, then the internet goes down, it's a shame."
Other players also complained that the table in the training room was simple, the monitors used by the players were not the same model, the refresh rate was also different, and the game frame number was only about 200FPS.
The complaints highlight the challenges of running CS2 in India. Players need to adapt to suboptimal training conditions and electricity supply is not guaranteed. It is hoped that the organizers will learn from the lessons of future events and improve the hardware and software facilities to provide players with a better competition environment.
